Dr. Victor

Escobar

DDS, PhD

Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon

Thank you for looking into treatment through us. I am excited to meet you and to discuss how we can help you.

I hold a PhD in Medical Genetics, with a specialty in cranio-facial genetics. As a geneticist, I saw many children with facial defects involving cleft lip/palate, facial and craniofacial malformations/deficiencies, and my role was to refer them for care. I wanted to be involved in their treatment rather than be a passive observer. Oral Maxillofacial surgery allows me to be directly involved in their treatment.

A few associates and I discovered a rare disease that effect many parts of physical development including craniofacial abnormalities, now called Escobar Syndrome.
